Villa Sintra sleeps four people. There are two king size beds which can be converted to singles. Casa Sintra sleeps two in either a king size or two single bed configuration.
An interconnecting door converts the two villas to the perfect venue for groups of six with the added bonus of two pools.
Yes. The person making the booking must be at least 21 years of age and the majority of guests staying at Villa Sintra or Casa Sintra must also be above 21 years of age except children accompanied by adults.

Airport pick up is included for bookings of 5-9 nights. For bookings of 10 nights or more, both airport pick-up and drop off are included. Airport pick up for shorter stays can be arranged at a cost of IDR250,000 (approx AUD$25.00) per car, while airport drop offs cost IDR225,000 (approx AUD$22.50) per car.
Housekeeping will arrive each morning, unless requested otherwise. They will provide a general clean of the villa with a daily change of towels. Sheets are changed every third day for bookings of 5 nights or more.
We prefer direct payment by bank transfer, however we also accept Credit Card. Our management company accepts PayPal, MasterCard, Visa and American Express. However, a 4.5% surcharge applies for credit cards.
We strongly recommend you to take out appropriate travel insurance to cover yourself in the event of accident, illness or theft. You stay at the properties at your own risk, however measures are taken by management to prevent any problems during your stay. Villa Sintra or Casa Sintra under no circumstance can be held responsible for any loss, expense, damage, claim or injury either directly or indirectly due to your stay in our private Villas.
